At Ladydown Meadows, we understand that plans can change. However, as a small business with limited slots, late cancellations significantly impact our operations. Please review our policy regarding refunds and booking amendments below.

If you need to cancel your booking entirely and request a refund, our policy is based on how much notice you provide prior to your scheduled session:

Notice of 72 hours or more 100% full refund

Between 48 and 72 hours notice 50% partial refund

Less than 48 hours notice 0% (Non-refundable)

Please note: To receive a full refund, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 72 hours before your session start time.

If you do not wish to cancel but need to change the date or time of your session, you may do so under the following condition:

• 24-Hour Notice Required: You can reschedule your booking to a future date up to 24 hours in advance of your original slot.
• Late Requests: We are unable to accommodate any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session, and no refund or transfer will be issued.

Your safety is our absolute priority. Because Ladydown Meadows is an outdoor, field-based experience, extreme or unsafe weather conditions may occasionally force us to close.

In the rare event that we must cancel your session due to weather or unforeseen operational issues:

• We will contact you as early as possible via email or text.
• You will be given the option to reschedule to any available future slot or receive a 100% full refund.

To amend your booking, please log into your account via our GoDaddy booking page and follow the prompts to change or cancel your slot.

Alternatively, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, you can contact us directly via email. Please note that for email requests, the notice period is calculated from the exact time the email lands in our inbox.
